Chicks in a Box

Here is an old picture of four little chicks (Hyline W36- a leghorn hybrid) in a box (just for picture purposes). We put four fertile eggs we got from Trader Joe's underneath our broody silkie hen, and surprise! We got four babies out! Sadly, three of them were males, but we did keep the one girl (the one in the middle)! Hooray for chickens!
